Questions about the bill

Who bills me?
Shopify, on your store's bill, in US dollars plus taxes, every 30-day cycle. Each store pays for its own usage.
Is there a subscription or a minimum?
No. Installing and the plan cost nothing, and a cycle in which none of this happens costs nothing.
Where do I see what I'll pay?
In the app, in Settings › Plan and usage. The cycle's usage and cost are always in sight.
Who decides what the AI sends to customers?
You do. You pay only for the AI messages that reach a customer, and a draft you throw away never counts.
Do the replies I write count too?
No. A reply a person writes is never charged. An AI draft you send, edited or not, counts as an AI message. With “Write with AI”, pressing the button is free: only the message you send counts.
Does an order that moves many times count more?
No. Each order tracked counts once, however many times it moves.
