Acceptable use.
Karsi acts in your store's name: it answers customers, posts, sends messages. This policy says what must not go out through it. It is part of the Terms of service.

Accounts and access
- Connect to Karsi only stores, mailboxes and social accounts that belong to your company, or that you manage with their owner's written permission.
- Do not share your password or your invitation, sign-in or link codes; each person signs in with their own account.
- Do not try to reach another company's data, get around the permissions of your role, test Karsi's security without permission, or overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Messages and email
- No spam: answer those who wrote to you, and send messages only to people who asked for them or agreed to receive them. Respect at once anyone who asks to stop receiving them.
- Follow each network's messaging windows and rules (for example, the 24-hour window on Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp) and use approved templates where the network requires them.
- Do not impersonate another person or company, do not mislead customers, and do not send harassing, hateful, threatening or exploitative content.
Posts
- Post only content that is yours or that you have the right to use — videos, images, music, trademarks and the likeness of the people who appear.
- Label paid or branded content as the networks require, and do not post content that is misleading, unlawful, sexually explicit, violent or infringes the rights of others.
- On TikTok, posting through Karsi means agreeing to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, if the content is branded, its Branded Content Policy.
- On YouTube, posting through Karsi means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Your customers' data
- Use customers' data only to serve them, fulfil orders and run your store — never to sell it, to build profiles behind their backs or for purposes they would not expect.
- You must have a legal basis for the data you process and tell your customers, in your store's privacy policy, that you use Karsi to serve them.
- Do not export data Karsi receives from Meta, Google or TikTok to use it outside Karsi, or add it to advertising lists.
Íris
Íris, Karsi's assistant, suggests replies, summaries and posts; you decide what goes out. Read each suggestion before accepting it, do not ask her for content this policy forbids, and do not present what she writes as a guarantee or professional advice.
If this policy is broken
Karsi may remove content, disconnect a connected account, suspend a user or a company, and tell the network concerned, when this policy or a network's rules are broken, or when the law or a network requires it. Where it can, it warns first and says why.
