Karsi is now open: you create your account on the website and connect each store in the Shopify app with a code the website gives you. Whoever joins your team comes in by invitation. Create an account.
What changed in Karsi, and when. Only what is already in the app, never what comes next.

The screens you use every day have been redesigned. Tasks sit on a board: to do, in progress, done. The calendar and notes share one place, and the team's files live in one library.
Everyone now gets in with an access code that works once, and chooses their own email and password.
Requests waiting on you now arrive as macOS notifications. Karsi is a Mac app, and needs macOS 15 or later.
Support now brings each store's email, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp into the same queue1. The credentials for the accounts you connect are kept in a vault, outside the app.
Everyone on the team sees their own pay, and nobody else's. The owner and whoever handles finance see everyone's. The rule is checked on the server, not just on screen.
The team's figures and the standings now come from what actually happened each day. No made-up points.
In support, Íris drafts the reply; a person reviews it and sends it with Aprovar e enviar (approve and send). Íris has no way to send on her own. Actions that touch money come switched off for her, and always take an explicit yes.
Each product's cost now comes in from Shopify. Each store's result is net of product cost, shipping, fees and ads, before returns.
Orders, customers and products from each Shopify store now arrive in Karsi. Support receives and answers customer email through each store's Gmail account, in the same thread. Everyone signs in with their own account.
Íris now runs on your own Claude Code, on your Mac. To use her, you need Claude Code installed on that Mac. She works with your permissions and never sees more than you do.
Karsi now belongs to the whole team. Each person's A minha casa (my home) holds their tasks, goals, meetings and requests, and shows what they will be paid, and when.
Every influencer is followed from first contact to the finish: proposal, approval, contract, active. UGC creators and videos each carry a status, all the way to posted, which the team sets.
