Every creator, from first contact to final cut.
Influencers, UGC creators and videos in one flow. Every deal and every video has a status and someone responsible, and no money goes out until the owner approves.

What it does
Influencers, from first contact to contract
Every influencer moves through one seven-stage pipeline, from lead to done: proposal, sign-off, contract, live campaign. Each card shows the store and what the deal is worth.
UGC creators, piece by piece
Each creator has a price per piece and the stores they work with. Each piece carries its script and a status: on its way, arrived, with the editor, used.

UGC creators. Demo data, 6 Jul 2026. Videos, from script to posted
One board for content: script, UGC, editing, ready to post, posted. Every column has its person, and every video its store, deadline and priority.

Operations, carlega. Demo data, 6 Jul 2026.1 Money goes through the owner
A deal awaiting sign-off moves on only once the owner approves it. A UGC campaign or an influencer fee is a request like any other: who asked and how much is on record, and the money leaves only when the owner presses Aprovar (approve).
Each role on its own screen
Whoever handles influencers, whoever handles UGC and whoever edits each get their own screen, with their own work and only the stores they were given.
How you know
Every status change, on a deal or a video, is logged with who made it and when. And the filter is not just on screen: whoever handles influencers or UGC gets from the server only the deals and pieces that are theirs, and only from the stores they were given.
Common questions
Who approves the money for a campaign?
The owner, with Aprovar. Whoever handles the creators files the request and follows its status. The rest lives in Money.
Does it work across more than one store?
Yes. You switch stores without leaving the app. Every deal and every video belongs to one store, and every creator to the stores they work with.
Where do I keep the video files?
In the team's library, part of Operations.
