Every customer, one queue.
Answer every customer in the same thread, with their order in view. Íris drafts the reply; a person reviews it and sends it.

Íris

What it does
One queue
Email, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp in one queue1. Email arrives through each store's own Gmail account, and you reply in the same thread.
Drafts by Íris
Íris drafts the reply from the case and leaves it for review. A person reads it, changes what they want and presses Aprovar e enviar to approve and send it. Nothing goes out until someone approves it.
Returns and refunds
Every return and refund sits in the desk, with its amount and its status. A refund is money going out, so only the owner approves it.
Judge.me reviews
Each store's Judge.me reviews show up in the desk. A store that has not connected Judge.me says so, instead of showing a zero.
Where the order is
When a case has an order, you see where it is without leaving the desk. It is a view for the team, not a tracking page for the customer.
How you know
The draft Íris writes has no way to send itself: it waits in the case. It leaves only when a person presses Aprovar e enviar, and the reply is recorded on that case. And a test fails if a draft ever finds a way to send.
Common questions
Which channels come into the queue?
Email, through each store's Gmail account. Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp connect store by store, and open up as Meta approves the access.
Does Íris reply to customers on her own?
No. Íris drafts the reply; a person reviews it and sends it with Aprovar e enviar. Nothing goes out until someone approves it.
What does Íris need to draft replies?
Claude Code installed on the Mac where you use Karsi: Íris runs on your own Claude Code. Meet Íris.
Who sees each store's conversations?
The owner and whoever works in customer support, each only in the stores they were given. Íris never sees more than the person using her.
