Íris is Karsi's assistant, and she runs on your own Claude Code, on your Mac. She drafts replies, sums up conversations and, when you ask, sorts the inbox. The sending is yours.

What she does
Drafts the reply
She reads the conversation and writes the reply by the store's rules, then leaves it on the case for review. Change what you like and press Aprovar e enviar to send it.
Sums up conversations
She sums up a conversation in a few lines and leaves the summary on the case. Whoever picks it up next knows at once what happened.
Sorts the inbox
Ask, and she reads a store's open cases and sets the intent, priority and tags on each. She replies to none of them.
Answers about your stores
Ask her in Karsi AI how the month's margin looks, or what to decide first. She answers with what you are allowed to see.
What she reads
Each store keeps its own house rules: rules, examples and references, written in Karsi under O que a Íris sabe. Íris reads them before she drafts a reply.
Change a rule and the next draft follows it.

What she never does
She never sends on her own
Her draft has no path to sending. A reply leaves only on a person's yes: on the desk, with Aprovar e enviar.
No money moves without a yes
Every action that moves money arrives switched off for Íris. Even switched on, each one asks for an explicit yes.
She never deletes anything
Nothing Íris does can delete a record. It is not a rule someone has to remember: it is how she is built.
She never sees more than you
She works with your permissions, only in the stores you were given. If you cannot see someone's pay, neither can she.
What she needs
You need Claude Code installed on the Mac where you use Karsi: Íris runs on it. Karsi's settings show whether she is connected.
Common questions
Does Íris reply to customers on her own?
No. Íris drafts the reply; a person reviews it and sends it with Aprovar e enviar. Nothing goes out until someone approves it.
What if a draft is not right?
Change whatever you like before sending, or press Outra versão for another take or Afinar to refine it. A draft never leaves until a person approves it.
Where does Íris run?
On your Mac, on your own Claude Code. Karsi starts it for each request, and each request runs with your permissions.
Can Íris see what everyone is paid?
Only if you can. Each person sees only their own pay, whoever manages sees everyone's, and Íris sees exactly what the person using her sees.
Can Íris move money?
Only with an explicit yes. Actions that move money arrive switched off for Íris and, even once switched on, always ask for that yes.
